It is embedded across the organisation and provides a structured framework for accountability, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement.

Supported by formal procedures, toolkits and standardised documentation, the BMS helps ensure our teams apply consistent systems and controls across every project.

As part of the broader Kane group, arete benefits from a mature and proven management framework while retaining the agility and specialist expertise of a dedicated fitout and refurbishment business.

The BMS is also available for review by clients as part of due diligence and prequalification processes.

arete Australia utilises Aconex across our projects to support secure, controlled and transparent project information management.

The platform provides a central environment for drawings, correspondence, approvals and project records, giving our teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors access to current information throughout the project lifecycle.

With clear document control, audit trails and structured workflows, Aconex supports greater visibility, accountability and coordination across complex projects.

We also use Aconex Field to manage inspections, defects and completion activities. Issues can be recorded, assigned and tracked in real time, helping project teams close out works efficiently and maintain clear records through commissioning, completion and handover.

Our Work Health & Safety Management System is certified to ISO 45001.

As part of Kane Constructions, arete Australia also operates under the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, supporting the rigorous management of health and safety across our projects.
