Business Management System

As a division of Kane Constructions, arete Australia leverages the strong corporate governance and stringent Business Management System established by Kane to ensure excellence in every aspect of our operations.

In our commitment to all stakeholders—including clients, employees, the community, service providers, suppliers, subcontractors, and shareholders—our Business Management System (BMS) complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

This comprehensive system provides a framework for the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of our processes, ensuring that we consistently pursue excellence in our operations. The BMS is easily accessible to all employees online and is available for client review during due diligence.

At the core of the BMS is the arete/Kane mission statement, which underpins our quality policy. We have developed policies that cover all key operational areas, clearly outlining our objectives and the strategies we employ to achieve them. These policies are bolstered by formalised processes, toolkits, and documentation, all designed to ensure quality is delivered consistently in its broadest sense.

arete Australia understands that robust policies and processes related to quality, occupational health and safety (OH&S), environmental, industrial relations, and training are vital in today’s construction industry. We believe these elements are fundamental to our ongoing success and our ability to effectively meet the needs of our clients and the community.

Aconex

At arete, we utilise Aconex and Aconex Field to enhance project management and collaboration, ensuring a streamlined experience for our clients and stakeholders throughout every phase of construction. AConex serves as our comprehensive platform for managing documentation, workflows, and communications. This web-based solution allows for secure uploading, sharing, and tracking of project-related documents, ensuring that all stakeholders have real-time access to project progress. It fosters cohesive communication among contractors, subcontractors, and project managers while offering robust reporting tools to monitor project advancement and ensure compliance with regulations and standards, keeping everyone informed and accountable.

Aconex Field, on the other hand, is a mobile application that empowers our team to access project information on-site. It facilitates real-time updates, allowing our team to capture and submit site reports, photos, and notes, thereby efficiently managing the defects process as projects enter the completion and handover phases.

Together, these tools ensure that our projects run efficiently and maintain collaborative communication, empowering our teams to work effectively and deliver outstanding results for our clients. At arete, we are committed to leveraging technology to enhance project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
