Delivered under a Design and Construct contract, this project involved close collaboration with an A-grade team of consultants and trades to ensure both design excellence and seamless delivery.
The upgrade has transformed the ground floor into a modern, vibrant space designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Key features include a new flexible working space, a sophisticated executive business lounge, and extensive renovations to the main lobby and lift lobby areas. Additionally, the entrances on both Exhibition Street and Flinders Street have been upgraded, providing a fresh and welcoming atmosphere for all who enter.
A standout feature of the project is the addition of a new café, offering a convenient and stylish space for tenants and visitors to unwind. The external areas have also been revitalised, enhancing the overall appeal of the building.
