arete Australia was selected to partner with RMIT, H2o Architects and Lucid Consulting to deliver the College of Business Growth Fitout project.
The fitout and refurbishment works to RMIT Building 88, Level 3, saw the creation of new office accommodation space for this leading education provider.
Within the works completed there were open plan office spaces, collaborative areas, meeting rooms, offices, an executive meeting room, which doubles as a class room, and a kitchenette area.
The space required a full services strip out and install, including extensive mechanical services works, new electrical installation including communications room and fire services upgrade.
RMIT undertook the refurbishment of this space for the accommodation of College of Business academics and researchers.
