arete Australia was approached by Project Managers Beca to complete a modernisation project within 15 Williams Street, Melbourne.
The objective of this project was to provide base building upgrades in order to maintain the buildings Grade A rating.
The scope of works included the demolition of the existing tenancy fitout followed by thee upgrade and refurbishment to the space in line with the standard as set-out by the landlord, Deka.
arete was also required to remove the inter-tenancy stairs and infil the entire slab between Levels 15 and 16.
